Included in the registration fee
The fee for the congress includes admission to all presentations on the congress days, digital conference programme, welcome reception on Wednesday, lunches and breaks on all congress days. Particiapants of ISCAR 2024 may attend the sub-congress on Thursday (no additional registration required).
The fee for the PhD-day on Tuesday, the pre-congress workshops on Tueasday and the sub-congress on Thursday include admission to all presentation of the programme registered for as well as the lunch and all breaks on that day.
Non of the fees include travel and accommodation.
Discounted rate for delegates from low-income or lower-middle-income economies
In our commitment to fostering inclusivity and global collaboration, we are pleased to offer a discounted registration rate for delegates from low-income or lower-middle-income economies, as classified by the World Bank.

ISCAR membership included in rate for delegates from Brasil, Greece and Albania
If you are from Brazil, Greece, or Albania, you will receive a free ISCAR membership. Please make sure to use the dedicated button on the top right-hand side to register
Registration for students
To qualify for the student rate, you must be a full-time student. We request that you upload a copy of your proof of registration showing your full-time status to your registration or email it to us within one week of your registration.
Congress dinner
In addition to the congress you may register for the Congress Dinner on Thursday night, which is highly recommended. All participants can sign up for an evening of delectable cuisine and great company.

Register
Individual registration
You can add the PhD-day or a pre-congress workshop in your registration if desired. When registering online for ISCAR 2024, you can pay directly online with iDeal or credit card. The invoice will be sent by email within one week after registration.
Group registration
When you participate with at least 5 persons from the same affiliation, you can use the group registration form to register as a group and receive one invoice in the name of your affiliation. The complete filled out group form can be sent to the congress secretariat.
Sub-congress only
If you only wish to attent the sub-congress Vocational Education on Thursdag 29 July, you can register for it seperately.
Virtual attendance
For those unable to attend the conference in Rotterdam physically, we offer the opportunity to remotely follow the keynote presentations and some online presentations. Depending on the submitted and accepted proposals for online presentations, we intend to schedule them on one afternoon (CEST) to maximize accessibility for attendees in other parts of the world. The programme for the online presentations will be published on 12 June. Online participants will also have access to the conference app, which allows you to connect with other attendees, among other features.
Letter of invitation
If you need a letter of invitation to apply for your visa, please send your request by email. Invitation letters can only be sent to participants who registered and have paid the required registration fees.
Changes in your registration
If you wish to change your registration, please send us a detailed email.
If change concerns adjusting the invoice, administration costs of €50 will be charged in addition to the participation fee.
Substitute
If you are unable to attend, a substitute, if not already registered for the conference, is welcome. Please send an email with your substitute in CC with the following information about your substitute: full name, function, name of the affiliation, email address and telephone number.
There are no charges for the adjustment of the transfer of your registration to someone else. The payment obligation is transferred to your substitute. If you have already paid for your registration, we kindly request you to settle this with your substitute.
Cancellation
Cancellation of your registration can only be done by email.
The following will be charged in case of cancellation:
Until 15 May 2024: Bank and credit card charges and € 50 administrative fee.
Until 15 July 2024: 50% of total registration plus bank and credit card charges.
From 16 July 2024: No refund.
In the event of a no-show, the payment obligation remains. In the event of payment on account, the claim will remain unchanged in the event of cancellation.
